Instructors
Our Instructors are fully qualified Hybrid Krav-Maga (HKM) as well as KMG Instructors with over 70 years of combined experience in Krav Maga.
All SGS Krav Maga Instructors reach a minimum level of Practioner Level 5 (KMG) or Blue Belt (HKM) before they are considered to complete an Instructors Course.
All SGS Instructors have undergone a rigorous 240hr, 24 day course to become a Krav Maga Global General Instructor as well as a rigorous HKM Instructor Transition Course.
As HKM Instructors our Instructors must attend monthly Instructor updates with HKM in order to sharpen skills learnt and maintain an up to date understanding of Krav Maga.

Modern children face unique challenges: they’re easily triggered, glued to screens, and often reluctant to move their bodies, which has lead to up to 25 per cent of children in Australia being either overweight or obese. This trend has seeped into self-defence classes, where kids drop out prematurely and miss out...
