Michelle started Krav Maga in 2017 with SGS Krav Maga. She completed her Kid’s instructor course with KMG (Krav Maga Global) in 2019 and her General instructors course in 2020.
Michelle started Krav Maga wanting to develop her fitness levels and build up confidence in her abilities to effectively defend herself.
Now, despite being the team’s youngest instructor, Michelle continues to train consistently in order to continuously improve herself and also provide students with the most holistic understanding of self-defence. Michelle is especially passionate about equipping females with the necessary confidence and skills to defend themselves when necessary.
