Private Krav Maga Lessons
Private training may be a great option for you to consider if you would like to focus on your Krav Maga techniques or if you are having trouble picking up certain areas of Krav Maga.
It is also an excellent option if you are training towards a goal, if you want to have extra help with your fitness or if you just simply can’t attend our normal classes.

ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES
In today’s day and age many of us find ourselves busy going from one thing to the next whether it be work, school, family/children or life in general, and in some cases attending weekly classes at fixed times may not fit into your schedule. Having a busy schedule shouldn’t be a deal breaker when deciding to take up Krav Maga for the first time or wanting to sharpen your skills.
If you want more personal attention, or you are unable to attend regular classes, these focused sessions are ideal!
Personal training in Krav Maga is a great way to quickly learn skills to effectively protect yourself and to improve your physical fitness. Training is specifically tailored for you and you will be advancing at your own pace. In these sessions you can choose to work through the regular Krav Maga Global curriculum or you can choose to focus in a specific area that interests you.
Subject to availability, we offer 1 on 1 or small group lessons to hone your skills or get a fast track on your Krav Maga training. We can tailor classes specifically to take into account your skill and fitness levels to help you achieve your goals. These sessions are in high demand and we know you are busy so let us know when and where you would like a lesson and we will check availability.

Schedule Flexibility: You have a busy schedule and our class times don’t match up with your free time. SGS Krav Maga instructors will be happy to work with you to schedule private lessons that are convenient for you.
Little Time, Big Results: Some of us just don’t have the time to consistently train. You can be traveling year round for work. Your children may be going off to college and you want to provide them with some self-defense tools before they leave. Private lessons are great for these types of situations. Get effective Krav Maga training, Self Defence techniques in small amount of time increasing your confidence and ability to defend yourself.
Tailored Lessons: SGS Krav Maga instructors will tailor the lesson to the specific student. For example preparing the student for a grading test and fine tuning techniques
Get more from your regular sessions: The knowledge and tips you gain from your one-on-one sessions will translate to your weekly sessions contributing towards furthering your progress with a little bit of an extra “edge”
