St George and Sutherland Shire now have a dedicated Krav Maga school. 

Krav Maga is a practical and effective system of self-defence. It is designed around simple, instinctive body movements, and was originally developed for the Israel Defence Force. Krav Maga’s proven success has led to its increased practice throughout the world.

SGS Krav Maga is officially accredited with the Krav Maga Global (KMG). Krav Maga Global is the most recognised and largest Krav Maga organisation, with established KMG branches worldwide.

Krav Maga contains specific approaches, drills, tactics, subjects and training methods. This gives anyone the ability to survive a confrontation protecting themselves and their loved ones, in a fun and friendly environment while getting fit in the process.
