
About Teenagers Krav Maga (Self-Defence) classes
Krav Maga for teens teaches tools and techniques tailored for situations that commonly confront teens in their day to day lives. In our classes, we stress three things: self defence, fitness and confidence. By focusing on these real-world attacks (not katas), teens are engaged in the learning process.
One of our primary missions with our teen classes is fostering mental strength. A strong mind is agile, aware and confident. Far from being a physical-only class, Krav Maga for teens trains young minds to think and react with an emphasis on situational awareness and creative problem-solving.
During classes, students will go through rigorous exercise programs with the purpose of strengthening their resolve, mental toughness and ability to endure all while learning the worlds premier reality-based self-defence system from fully qualified and trained KMG (Krav Maga Global) Instructors.
Students are taught awareness of their environment, what to do if they are attacked/ bullied and when to avoid a fight.

- Teenagers, both male and female, aged 13-17 years old

- Teenagers lacking self-confidence/ self-esteem
