The Striking Classes are aimed to improve a student’s understanding of the principles of effective and efficient striking. It imparts personal skills and know-how to improve yourself and others through tailor-made exercises and training plans. These include focus mitt drills, footwork, and motor skills training.
Students will cover striking combinations from many disciplines, including, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and other martial arts.
Focus on techniques on striking and power generated are all drawn upon in these classes.
Classes are all high-energy and are a great way to start your day.
