The Krav Maga for Beginners (Foundation Class) is designed for all students who wish to brush up on their foundation level skills including striking, footwork, and basic defences all found in the Hybrid Krav-Maga curriculum at White Belt.

Programs
Krav Maga is a practical approach to self-defence designed initially for the Israeli Defence Forces. It is now the system of choice for special forces and law enforcement agencies around the world. It has been adapted for practical civilian self-defence and, more recently, adapted for strength and conditioning programs.
SGS Krav Maga offers self-defence classes designed for adults, women, teens, and kids.
The techniques we teach are adapted for each group to ensure maximum effectiveness for the most commonly encountered situations of danger.
Krav Maga is the only system designed specifically to teach self-defence, fighting, and third-party protection.
POWERKUBE COMBAT
PERFORMANCE CENTER
The only way for professional fighters to measure their fighting fitness and striking power is the PowerKube Combat Performance Center.
Developed by sport scientists, professional combat athletes and martial artists, the PowerKube is designed to accurately and consistently measure striking efficiency, speed, power, and athletic endurance.
The PowerKube Combat Performance Center is available to SGS Members as well as for martial artists and combat athletes from other gyms, dojos, and studios for athlete training.
